Tony Vaughan gave a review on the Show:
"This show was always going to be hotly contested one with the highest number of wild fish in any European Show outside of Duisburg. With fish from all over the world any many previous champions on show it was going to be tight.
The NDS have gotten bigger an better with each show and it is a well run club organising one of the best shows in Europe.
The quality of fish on show was high and that makes the judges job much more difficult. There were 30 odd wild fish which is a huge number for one category.

The location is great with easy airport access. Show hall is open and spacious and 200mtrs from the show hotel. The only downside is there is no kebab shop in walking distance. The bar chat has be great craic with everybody (including myself) getting a ribbing."
